When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may receive information such as: IP address; device and browser information; approximate location (derived from IP, typically city/region); and basic log/usage data (pages requested, timestamps, referrer/exit pages, and similar request metadata). We use Cloudflare to provide security and performance services for the Site, and Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata in connection with those services.

You may choose to provide your name and/or email address (for example, when contacting us or when you opt to share these details in a support flow). If you send us a message, we will receive whatever information you include in that message.

If you choose to send a tip/support payment, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number, bank account details, or security code (CVC). We may receive limited transaction information (such as payment status, amount, currency, timestamp, and transaction identifiers) for accounting and customer support (including refunds/disputes).

Tips/support payments to Hability, LLC are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

The Site does not use advertising cookies. However, our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, fraud prevention, and basic functionality (for example, Cloudflare security features and Stripe payment processing). If you would like your name, email address, and any other details you previously provided to us removed from our records, please email [email protected]. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your request (for example, by confirming you have access to the email address associated with the request). We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law (for example, for security, dispute handling, and accounting/tax compliance).

Any tips/support payments are voluntary and are processed by Stripe. Tips/support payments do not provide goods or services in return unless we explicitly state otherwise on a specific page or offer.

The Site and its content (including text, audio, video, graphics, and logos) are owned by Hability or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except where expressly allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hability and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.
