We use Cloudflare to provide security and performance services for the Site, and Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata in connection with those services.

You may choose to provide your name and/or email address (for example, when contacting us or when you opt to share these details in a support flow). If you send us a message, we will receive whatever information you include in that message.

#2.3 Payments (tips/support) processed by Stripe

If you choose to send a tip/support payment, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number, bank account details, or security code (CVC). We may receive limited transaction information (such as payment status, amount, currency, timestamp, and transaction identifiers) for accounting and customer support (including refunds/disputes).

Tips/support payments to Hability, LLC are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. The "Effective date" above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing on the Site is intended to be, or should be taken as, individualized legal or medical advice. Use of the Site does not create an attorney-client or doctor-patient relationship.

Any tips/support payments are voluntary and are processed by Stripe. Tips/support payments do not provide goods or services in return unless we explicitly state otherwise on a specific page or offer.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except where expressly allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hability and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hability and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
