National Deafblind Equipment Distribution Program Troubles in California

Many deafblind people rely on the FCC's National Deafblind Equipment Distribution Program for braille tech & training, which can cost thousands of dollars. But Californians are struggling to access the program. Dear FCC, please find a new partner organization in CA.
